A man has been accused of a double sex attack on a woman.
James Armstrong, 33, of Gidlow Lane, Wigan, is charged with two acts of penetration without consent last December 12.
As such offences must be heard by a higher court, Wigan justices ordered that he appear before a Bolton judge on September 2 and bailed him until then.
